Innovations, speedy developments in the technology and ever changing customer expectations in tune with the developments have in turn made the banking scene really competitive. The competition is so severe that it has reached the point of struggle for existence and survival of the fittest. Banking being our main activity developments in the banking scene would definitely have a bearing on the fortunes of the Society. As in the banking, manpower is the most important asset of the Society and its success depends to very large extent on the quality of the manpower.
Competitiveness of the staff to be fit to the developments in technology and to adjust themselves to the changing requirements besides their dedication and level of involvement tilts the scale of the competitive edge. The better the quality of the staff the more are the chances of the institution producing better results. That is precisely why institutions like banks and others give thrust to Human Resources Development and take particular attention in the matter of recruitment, training and promotion policies. When recruitment is made to the Assistant’s Cadre the Society is not looking at the candidate as an Assistant. The person is expected to become Manager before long or to occupy still higher positions depending upon his skill, competence and above all commitment to the work and the Society.
Recruitment of Accounts/Marketing Assistants
Age Limit: not exceeding 26 years (Age limit will be reckoned as on 1st June, 2017)
- Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute
- Desirable Qualifications: Computer knowledge
Candidates awaiting results of qualifying examination may also apply. However, they should produce certificates at the time of interview failing which their candidature will not be considered, even if they clear the written test.
Method of Selection:
Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a written test. Selection will be made on the basis of performance in the written test and interview taken together. Successful candidates will be given training to mould them and to make them competent to handle the responsibilities.
